This Berserk pump cover is an oversized gym t-shirt cut to be worn over your working layer, not as a second skin. The fit is deliberately roomy: soft cotton knit, dropped shoulders and a breathable body you keep on around the session. The Berserk print is inspired by the manga and screen-printed to last.

Why lifters wear a pump cover
A pump cover does the opposite job of a compression tee: it keeps the muscle warm through the ramp-up and covers the pump between sets, then comes off when you want to check the work. Dropped shoulders free presses and pulls without clinging when you sweat, the dense knit drapes clean and the collar holds its shape. It is the loose half of a proper set of berserk gym clothes.
Pump cover or compression tee?
Take this oversized cut if you want coverage, warmth and a streetwear silhouette. Take the Berserk compression shirt if you want muscle support and a second-skin fit under the bar. Most lifters run both: compression underneath, pump cover over the top — the two halves of a set of berserk workout clothes.

No, the opposite: this is a loose cotton tee. For muscle support, wear a compression top underneath.

Care. Machine wash at 30 °C max, inside out, no bleach and no fabric softener: softener clogs technical fibres and kills their moisture-wicking. Air dry only, never tumble dry. Do not iron directly on a print.
