Shipping

1. Order processing
All orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).
However, the delay can take up to 2 to 3 weeks during holidays or when pre-ordering due to high demand.

2. Estimated delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier:

• Metropolitan France : 7 to 14 working days

• European Union : 7 to 14 working days

• International (non-EU) : 7 to 14 working days (depending on country and customs controls)

👉 These deadlines are indicators and may vary in the event of logistical disruptions, strikes, customs controls or periods of high activity. ArkamGym cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or customs authorities.

3. Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated automatically at the time of ordering, depending on the destination, weight and shipping method chosen.
Express options may be offered at additional cost.
(If applicable: Delivery is free from 45 € of purchase.)

4. Order tracking
A tracking link is sent by email upon shipment.

5. Customs and international taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees or local taxes may apply. These costs, where they exist, remain the responsibility of the customer.
