Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have 14 calendar days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without reason or penalty. To exercise this right, you can write to us at arkamgym@gmail.com en specifying your order number and the items concerned.

Effects of withdrawal & refund
We will refund you all payments received, including initial delivery costs at standard rate, at the latest 14 days after notification of your decision. We may defer reimbursement until receipt of goods or the proof of shipping, the earliest date being retained. Reimbursement is made on the original payment method.

Return of products & costs
Except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product, the return costs are your responsibility. Return address: 50 Avenue des Mimosas, 06700 Saint-Laurent-du-Var, France.
Items must be returned in their original state, unworn, with labels and original packaging.
We can apply a decrease in value if the products have been handled beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics and proper functioning.

Legal exclusions from the right of withdrawal

• Products personalized or made to your specifications.

• Goods hygiene/personal care sealed cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.

• Goods perishable.

• Content digital provided on a non-material medium if the execution began with your express prior agreement and your waiver of the right of withdrawal.

Commercial returns policy (excluding legal rights)
Regardless of the legal right of 14 days, we accept returns up to 15 days after receipt to facilitate your procedures. This commercial policy does not reduce your legal rights.
⚠️ The products on sale or on promotion remain eligible the legal right of withdrawal; they can, however, be excluded from a commercial exchange excluding default.

Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive an item defective, damaged or incorrect, write to us within 48 hours at arkamgym@gmail.com (with photos). The return costs are then supported or a replacement is proposed.

Exchanges
For an exchange, return the item (per the process above) and take a new order for the desired product.
