Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides us with the secure e-commerce platform to sell our products.

Article 1 – Use of the site

You must have reached the age of legal majority in your country of residence to use our site.
Our products cannot be used for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Any attempt at fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access.

Article 2 – Products and services

Descriptions and images of our products are provided as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may exist (e.g. display of colors depending on the screen used).
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), and are subject to change without notice.
Product availability is indicated on each product sheet.

Article 3 – Orders, invoicing and payments

We reserve the right to refuse any suspicious order (fraud, unauthorized resale, etc.).
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information to allow your order to be processed (name, address, email, means of payment).
We accept payments by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via our secure payment providers (Shopify Payments, Stripe).
All transactions are protected and compliant with PCI-DSS security standards.

Article 4 – Delivery

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a legal period of 14 calendar days after receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.

Article 6 – Legal guarantees

Regardless of our commercial policy, you benefit from:

The legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code).
The legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Article 8 – Limitation of liability

ArkamGym cannot be held responsible for indirect damage linked to the use of our site or our products, unless mandatory legal provision.
This limitation does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

Article 9 – Mediation of disputes

In accordance with article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, you can use a free consumer mediator to resolve a dispute amicably.
In the event of failure, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Nice (France).

These conditions are governed by the French law.
