DELIVERY
As soon as we receive your order, our team prepares it as quickly as possible before handing it to the carrier.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has been processed (allow 2 to 5 days). This may take longer during collection launches and busy periods.
We deliver worldwide.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. The exact amount is shown once you've entered your shipping details.
Shipping is free on orders over €45.
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also use the “Order tracking” page on our site. Check it regularly so you don't miss the delivery.
If the parcel can't be delivered while you're away, the carrier will offer several options: leaving it with a neighbour, dropping it at a pickup point or attempting delivery again. Check your tracking number for the details of your delivery.
Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on carrier delays. Check your tracking link to see the progress — if nothing moves, write to us at contact@arkamgym.com.
ORDER
As our orders are automatically sent to logistics, we unfortunately can't cancel or modify an order once it's been confirmed. Please double-check your details and items before confirming your order.
You may have entered an incorrect email address, or the email landed in your spam folder.

Use the “Order tracking” page on our site with your order number, or the tracking link you received by email after shipping.
RETURNS
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, no justification needed.
To make a return, first contact us at contact@arkamgym.com with your order number.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, in their original packaging. On arrival, your parcel will be inspected; if the items aren't in their original condition, the return can't be accepted and they'll be sent back to you.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
As soon as we receive the returned item, we process the refund as quickly as possible. Customer service confirms it once it's done. It's issued to the payment method used at purchase and appears within 5 to 10 days depending on your bank.
You can exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it.
Send an email with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange to contact@arkamgym.com.
Customer service will confirm whether an exchange is possible if your size is still available.
PAYMENT
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay via Shopify Payments, which keeps your data secure.
This can be due to a card error or an out-of-stock item. Try again, double-checking your details.
