DELIVERY
Your order is usually prepared and handed over to the carrier within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Depending on item availability, including restocking or pre-orders, preparation may take up to 30 calendar days from order confirmation.
After the order is handed over to the carrier, estimated transit time is 7 to 14 business days. This is in addition to preparation time; it is not the total time from placing your order.

We deliver worldwide.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. The exact amount is shown once you've entered your shipping details.
Shipping is free on qualifying orders. The exact threshold is shown in your cart, in your currency.
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also use the “Order tracking” page on our site. Check it regularly so you don't miss the delivery.
If the parcel can't be delivered while you're away, the carrier will offer several options: leaving it with a neighbour, dropping it at a pickup point or attempting delivery again. Check your tracking number for the details of your delivery.

ORDER
As our orders are automatically sent to logistics, we unfortunately can't cancel or modify an order once it's been confirmed. Please double-check your details and items before confirming your order.
You may have entered an incorrect email address, or the email landed in your spam folder.

RETURNS
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, no justification needed.
To make a return, first contact us at arkamgym@arkamgym.com with your order number.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, in their original packaging. On arrival, your parcel will be inspected; if the items aren't in their original condition, the return can't be accepted and they'll be sent back to you.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
As soon as we receive the returned item, we process the refund as quickly as possible. Customer service confirms it once it's done. It's issued to the payment method used at purchase and appears within 5 to 10 days depending on your bank.
You can exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it.
Send an email with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange to arkamgym@arkamgym.com.
Customer service will confirm whether an exchange is possible if your size is still available.
PAYMENT
You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Apple Pay and Google Pay are offered when available on your device. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
This can be due to a card error or an out-of-stock item. Try again, double-checking your details.
